DESCRIPTION:
EC-500A-P an integrated magnetic induction and eddy current effect probe, the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface and non-ferromagnetic metal coating on ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel, cobalt) surface can be measured nondestructive. The specific uses include measuring the thickness of iron, stainless steel surface paint or galvanized layer, measuring the thickness of aluminum, copper surface paint or plastic film, etc.
The EC-500A-P has a measuring range of 0~2000μm and a measuring accuracy of ±(3%+1μm) . The resolution of up to 0.1μm.
EC-500A-P has a streamlined data display interface to view the average, maximum and minimum values. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of shrinking the probe into the instrument, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating layer.
