DESCRIPTION：

EC-500X, EC-770X a precise probe with built-in magnetic induction and eddy current effect, the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the metal surface and the non-ferromagnetic metal coating on the ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel and cobalt) surface can be measured nondestructive.

EC-500X, EC-770X has strong anti-interference ability and can work in complex electromagnetic field environment. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of shrinking the probe into the instrument, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating layer.

EC-500X, EC-770X has a streamlined menu and data display interface, can display the average, minimum and maximum, and can indicate and alarm data over the limit. In addition, the instrument contains large capacity memory. In the process of measurement, the instrument can count and record the measurement results. Data recorded can be transmitted to the computer through USB data lines.

EC-500X range is 500μm, measuring accuracy ±(1% reading+1μm), and its resolution is up to 0.1μm. It is mainly used for thickness precision measurement of electroplating layer, anodic oxide layer or non-metallic film.

The maximum range of EC-770X is 5000μm. It is mainly used to measure the thickness of metal surface paint, anticorrosive coating, fire proof layer, enamel or ceramic protective layer.

EC-500XE and EC-770XE are external probe versions of EC-500X and EC-770X , the probe line length is about 1 meter. Compared with the built-in probe model, the external probe model is more suitable for small space or assembly line operation.
